With 10 months behind us, we wanted to share with you some of the key benefits, successes and updates that have come from this great partnership.
Firstly, thanks to leveraging Hays advanced tools and technology, we are able to match candidates to jobs even faster and more precisely. We’ve successfully integrated Hays global proprietary ATS system – OneTouch, which offers Google GSA technology for searching and matching candidates and is the only system currently worldwide that is integrated with LinkedIn, giving us access to real-time candidate information.
Secondly, you may also have heard, that Hays is the number one most followed recruitment company on Linkedin, and recently just passed the 1 million mark in followers on Linkedin, joining only 17 other companies worldwide. This is a great accomplishment, and we’re thrilled to now be a part of this network. Hays’ brand and marketing is second to none, and we are proactively working on developing resources to better serve you, such as US industry insight reports on recruitment and retention trends (IT & construction related) as well as new tools to support you in your day to day, whether it be in your job search or hiring.
Digital is changing the staffing game, and through marketing, we’re ensuring our digital attraction strategy is building an engaged pool of talent, ensuring we have immediate access to the talent you need.
And finally, we are growing. As the US market continues to be one of the most attractive staffing markets in the world, we are expediting our growth plans, once again, in order to better serve your needs. With the merge of the existing Hays team in the US, we instantly grew our IT business, now having a larger footprint in the New York area for example. As well as successfully expanded our construction and property business in Houston, Dallas, Orlando and New York. With the successful launch and integration, are sights are set high and we are quickly working on expanding our office base to the west coast.
